Do you use Quality Tulle?

Yes! We only use the finest Highest Quality bridal tulle on the market. Our tutu fabric is lead free nylon apparel tulle (not craft tulle) and is manufactured in the USA, which is VERY IMPORTANT and separates us from others. 

Most companies like to use polyester tulle because it's cheaper but polyester tulle is not safe.

 

Don't be fooled by companies offering less expensive tutus. They use imported, cheap tulle that is highly flammable. 

 

All of our tulle is CPSIA compliant.

How much is shipping?

All of our items are shipped via USPS mail. A Flat rate of $7  

How long will it take to make my order?

Our tutus are handcrafted as ordered. Due to the custom nature of our tutus, please allow 2 weeks to make and ship out your order. If you need your item sooner for those special occasions. Please contact us before placing your order. Payment is required at time of purchase, due to the custom nature of our products.

How are your Tutus and Products packaged?

All of our tutus are packaged in sturdy boxes with pretty tissue, they will arrive on a hanger covered in plastic.

How do I clean my Tutu?

We recommend spot cleaning - first, especially if your tutu has embellishments! Embellishments may not always hold up in the washer.  If your tutu gets wrinkled, hang in bathroom and run a warm shower, or fluff in dryer on lowest heat setting.

Do you offer custom Tutu orders?

Yes, we will do custom Tutu orders. I actually prefer them.  I love taking you ideas and creating a perfect fit for your little Diva.  If you have a special event such as a wedding or pageant, we can customize colors for you. Please email us with the details and we will create a custom listing for you under the Custom order section of our webpage.

What forms of Payment do you accept?

At this time we only accept Paypal payments.  It's easy and free to create a paypal account and the most secure method  of payment for me as well as you. 

Can I place my Tutu order by phone?

We do not offer phone orders at this time. We are a business operated by stay at home mom's. To keep our product cost low and shipping fast, we ask that you please order via our website.

Can I Cancel My order?

Due to the custom nature of our work, "All sales are final". Unless we make a mistake in processing your order. In which case contact me and I will do everything I can to correct the problem.

 

What is your return policy?

We ask that you be careful in the selection of colors and styles of your order. All of our items are custom handcrafted as ordered. All sales are final on our products, we do not accept returns.
